About Jordan

Jordan works with founders, freelancers, and small corporations who need practical legal infrastructure early. The focus is on the documents and decisions that matter most at the start: structure, ownership, and the contracts that protect what you are building.

Before joining the Side Door Law roster, Jordan spent several years advising early-stage technology companies on commercial agreements, financings, and intellectual property strategy. The approach is plain-language and flat-fee wherever possible, so clients always know the cost before work begins.

Focus Areas

Incorporation, founder, and shareholder agreements

Trademark clearance, filing strategy, and IP assignments

Commercial contract review for predictable legal spend

Mentorship

Jordan mentors junior lawyers, law students. Remote, monthly video calls. 1–2 mentees per term.
